Men! I’ve been to a number of Justine’s sessions and I can recommend them highly:
1/ There is no expectation to be able to move with any sort of rhythm (so it’s not like dancing).
2/ The work-outs are just what I was after to keep fit and strong for other sport (I’m 55 and still trying to play open age Lacrosse).
3/ For a Lancefield resident, it’s only about a 10 minute drive to get there.
4/ If you are “non-scene” with exercise and loathe going to a big gym, then the low-key, no-fuss nature of Outside The Box will be a welcome relief.

Taking the leap 2 years ago to join Jussies group fitness boxing class was the best decision I ever made.
It helped me to improve my health including my mental health, I gained confidence, felt I was a better mum and met so many wonderful people and their children along the way.
I challenged myself to take a more intense class of metafit , and with the help of Jussie I continue to push myself and improve my fitness.
There is no intimidation or judging at the classes we are all there to have a laugh, get fit and lift each other up.

I highly recommend Justine Sargeant as a group fitness and personal trainer. In my experience, Justine's PT sessions have always been varied and include cardio, high intensity training, boxing and stretching. Metafit sessions have been fast paced and at a suitable level of difficulty.
Justine has just the right mix of instruction, encouragement and fun. She is totally professional, gives clear directions and is a great motivator.

Mid-life crisis? Not really but 18 months before turning 50 I made a decision. I wanted to make sure that when the milestone birthday arrived I was in as good a physical shape as I could be.

Justine Sargeant was my point of contact. A very professional personal trainer in Romsey Victoria. She took on the challenge with such infectious enthusiasm that I just had to commit to a solid twice weekly workout.

Justine tailored my regime to suit my needs and always provided just the right support to keep me on track. The results of both our efforts are so good that I am now committed to continue my sessions with Justine even after my big five O.

I have been going to Justine's fantastic classes for 4 years! It varies from once a week to 3 times a week depending on my commitments. Justine's classes are always different not one class is the same! We always have a laugh however work hard and give it our best! I love going to the classes - I always feel so much better after them. Justine is always very aware of her clients and if they have an injury or aliment always has an alternative exercise so they don't have to miss out on the classes.
No matter what fitness level you are you are made to feel very welcome and there is no pretentiousness it's all about working out and giving it a go!

Justine has been our amazing personal trainer for over 3 years. Despite being her oldest clients she works us just as hard as her much younger clients. We love our 3 sessions a week with Jussie, she is inventive, fun , demanding, encouraging, has a great sense of humour and really knows her stuff! Our workouts are never boring or mundane and we always forgive her if we get a bit stiff or sore. With Jussie's expertise we are fit enough to look after and keep up with our 7 grandchildren! There is no one we would recommend more highly than Justine.
