Welcome to Outside The Box Training

Are you looking for personal training sessions? I can help you gain your confidence and motivation again with one on one training. I can help you loose weight, maintain & increase fitness levels, train for a special event and assist with nutritional planning. Semi Private session are also available if you have a friend or two who would like to join you, you can take your fitness journey together.

Why not join our  group classes – No matter what your body type, fitness or co ordination level is, theres a session for you.  Group classes can be adjusted to suit and are loads of fun. They help keep you motivated with a little healthy competition amongst others and keep you accountable.

See timetable and explanations of each class below. Children are welcome to come along with you to classes but are your responsibility. There are some toys in the gym but please bring along something for them to do.

 
 
 
 
 
WHAT IS Fusion Pilates?

This class uses the pilates method with the added benefit of light weights. Each move is performed slow and controlled using breath work to help connect the muscle to the movement.

 
WHAT IS Mat Pilates

 A traditional Mat style pilates session, using just your bodyweight. Glutes, abdominals and Upper body are all worked to help balance the body and get to the muscles that sometimes we forget are there. A full body workout thats gentle but effective.

 WHAT IS FitCamp?

FitCamp is my version of bootcamp. Each session is different and includes training in circuits, intervals, weights, partner exercises, boxing, AMRAP’s and EMOM ‘s . Fun sessions to challenge yourself and keep the body guessing – 50- 60 minutes

WHAT IS Circuit?

Circuit is a 30 – 40 minute session that involves strength and bodyweight exercises using functional movements and equipment. Moving around the room in a circular pattern to an interval timer usually 3 rounds.  Suitable for all levels

WHAT IS MetaFIT?

Metafit is the original HIIT (high intensity interval training). No more than 30 minutes, Metafit uses big muscle groups with a simple non choreographed track combining traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set your metabolism on fire.

WHAT IS Group Boxing?

 Boxing is fantastic for boosting cardiovascular health, increasing your coordination skills, burning calories and provides a healthy method of stress management. Improve your stamina with boxing techniques and drills while having positive effects on physical and mental health- a great full body 45 minute workout.

Hi I'm Justine from Outside the Box Training and I offer indoor and outdoor personal and group training sessions in Romsey. I have always had a passion for health and fitness and in 2014 decided to study for my Personal Training qualification so that I could help others discover the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. I wanted to provide fun and motivating classes that didn't discriminate - so no matter what your body type, fitness level or how coordinated you are, my classes will suit the majority of you who want to improve their health and wellbeing.
